Very clean, excellent breakfast, friendly staff

Everything apart from sometimes with people coming back late they were quite noisy

Staff was so warm and accommodating. They even picked us up and dropped us off from the ferry. Breakfast was delicious and included fresh cheese from the father's farm, honey from an uncle and home cooking from a kind and generous Greek mom.

Everything! The great service started with free pick up at the Naxos airport. Throughout our stay Nikolas (driver/owner) and Emanuella (breakfast hostess/receptionist) were extremely friendly, helpful (with suggestions on what to see and do) and accommodating. The room was simple but spotless with all the essentials - good shower, air conditioning and a balcony drying rack. Breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of options - greek yogurt, homemade jams, greek pastries and more. Despite arriving very early (7:30a.m.) they checked us in which allowed us to have a short nap and breakfast (offered at no extra charge) before setting out for the day. On departure day we were running late for our ferry and Nikolas went out of his way to bring our luggage to port. I HIGHLY recommend staying here for all the above (at a very reasonable price)!

The homecooked breakfasts were amazing! The hotel is also very responsive when we were making our booking and even offers car rentals (though only manual cars). The hotel is close to chora the main city area with lots of food options and shops along the way. They're is also a very large supermarket across the street. Staff was also super helpful in giving us suggested routes around naxos and recommendations on where to buy good local produce and eat the island's specialities throughout our stay. Rooms also come with a fully equipped kitchen though we didn't use it given the proximity to chora.

I have never seen that kind of hospitality in my life and this is no exaggeration! They were incredibly kind to bring us our luggage to the port etc. Even if the apartment isn’t direct downtown, I would always come back to that family!!

Nicolas and the team were the perfect hosts and ensured everything went smoothly in our stay. I highly recommend this place to stay in Naxos. They also offer a rent a car service which was a really nice add-on

Amazing communication with the hosts. We were picked up and brought back to the port which was super convenient. The rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels and sheets given every other day. If you want to see a bit of the island, they also have a car rental right at the apartment. The hosts were super friendly, quick to respond and did everything so we felt very comfortable!

I had an excellent stay at Fragias apartments. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is in a peaceful but very convenient area: around 15 minutes walk from the port; 10 minutes from the beach; 5 minutes from the bus stops for visiting other parts of the island. I’d highly recommend this place as a base for exploring Naxos.

In the centre of the town, Nikolas and Emmanuela were lovely and attentive and even gave us a free room upgrade! We were also picked up from the port which was very handy as we were backpacking. Both rooms we stayed in were very well equipped and we felt safe.

Perfect price for the perfect room. Nothing extraordinary. However, the room is sufficient, and everything that is required has been provided. Very friendly and helpful staff, tasty breakfasts.

Amazing place. The owners are so friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and included a well equipped kitchenette and washing machine. The location is quiet but easily walkable from the port and old town. The hotel also offers a free transfer service to and from the port. We also rented a car from the family business and it was no hassle and really good value.

Excellent value for the money... we had tons of room and a great view of the mountains with the one-bedroom with balcony. The shower was great and the sheets were crisp and good quality. Cleaning every day. We loved listening to Kosmos Radio that played on the TV! And it's an easy 15-min walk to the centre of Chora. The reception had coffee, tea and snacks available all day. The high point of this property is the staff-- Despoina, her family and staff took great care of us, providing a welcome refreshment, gave us excellent sightseeing tips for Naxos, happily fulfilled a couple special requests, and were always responsive to our questions. Tip: Don't get all your groceries at the big AB market down the road. There are green grocers, butchers, cheese shops and fish markets on the same road going toward Chora that have better products.

It's a family owned hotel and the family are super helpful.

Family staff is great, very kind and helpful! True Naxos people. The studios are well equiped, near to the port but isolated from caos.
